Before we can live, a part of us has to die.
We have to let go of what could have been, how we should’ve acted and what we wish would have said differently.
We have to accept that we can’t change the past experiences, opinion of others at the moments in time or outcomes from their choices when we finally recognize the truth,
only then,
we will recognize the truth,
only then,
we will understand the true meaning of forgiveness of ourselves and others.
From this point,
we will be free.
Very well said! After reading the title, I was wondering where this post would lead – I’m glad I took time to read it! β€

Well said.. We often punish ourselves thinking about the past… Only when we let go the worst, we can lead the future…

Thank you for this. Letting go of all the conditioned opinions, thoughts, conclusions, and the false βIβ leaves the most beautiful thing. We can see possibility and probabilities that were buried under conditioned self. We open to compassion for ourselves and others.
Well said and written.
Be well,
Bryan
