EMOTIONS

Now I ask myself,

do humans should consider emotions as blessings?

because we can assert, identify and relate with others or

emotions are just freaking emotions which do not have correlation with our human existence

because it makes ourselves complicated? because it makes things complicated?

Emotions, especially negative emotions are destructive in the sense that I lose my sense of own self.

  1. Enjoyed reading your thoughts on this. Emotions do tend to complicate our lives, but what would life be without them?
This was a pleasure to read.

This post was thought provoking! I think a sense of self can be found through negative emotions. When you embrace a whole range of emotions good and bad you gain more of a sense of self in terms of identifying your feelings, needs and desires. Sometimes adversity reaffirms who we are and allows us to transform into a better version of ourselves.
